Screen Saver prevents monitor from turning off

Ok, So I am running into this problem too, and it's really annoying. When
using the "screen saver" photos OR Windows Live Photo Gallery the Monitor
will NOT shut off. I have tried it on both mine adn my husband's PC. Anyone
know a fix? Thanks

The ScreenSaver will *Never Stop* because the ScreenSaver creates
*ACTIVITY*! As you know even when you Move the *Mouse* it causes
*ACTIVITY*.

Not nonsense. Bubbles lets the monitor turn off but "Pictures" won't allow it due to activity. This seems to be a flaw in Vista. You should try it and then report.
