Divine retribution would be handing him a rifle and sending him to Iraq.

He's just a Scape Goat, Just FYI. Our U.S.A. Iraq Policy will most
likely see no changes until Congress either forces changes in our Iraq
Policy or they cut off Funding for the War in Iraq, even with the change
in Leadership in the Defense Department, Just FYI.
 
Hey back atcha. Wow... must've missed the headline on USA Today paper I got
at the hotel every day. No one at work talked about it either.
