I am stealing one from lime wire right now

Thanks Jim, but I am aware of the basic principles for
laser/inkjet/dot matrix printing, hence the quotes around the 'print
head'. I didn't know what to call the lens/led thing that often needs
wiped free from toner, and not entirely sure that this printer
actually has one or not. This is where a couple of well-angled photos
would come into play. So as I know what to tell the old man to clean
and what he needn't bother.

Now I am 100% convinced that there must be someone lurking in the
shadows who owns both a LJ4 and a decent digi cam, that has 5 minutes
spare to help me and probably 100's of millions of others that require
the same information.

Perhaps if we all club together, we could raise enough mulla to buy
one of the blasted e-manuals from a scabby ebay'er! Please send your
