maybe 1 year ago i was in good shape, but now its easter eggs for lunch :(

Had my cast off yesterday! Earlier than i expected, but i aint half glad, as soon as i got home me mum set up the foot spa and i was in heaven for about 30 mins ^^. I cant believe how good it feels to have me foot free again!


Its still swollen pretty bad, and I cant bend my foot fully yet, everythings abit tight and painful at the moment, but its better than wearing that cast. Hopefully I will be back at work not this monday but next :).

make sure u drink lots of milk on your road to recovery! :)

Dear Reef

Glad to hear that the foot is on its way to recovery. Take it VERY steady as my husband has had so many broken/twisted etc.... ankles through the love of playing football that we almost have a season ticket at our local hospital. The ankle will be weak so think about propoer strapping as and when you feel READY to exercise and always take care of it!

Alright ive read your misfortune that suckkkkss. But hows the leg now adays did they use a saw to take the cast off :-X lol
 
Looking doubtful I will be able to go work monday :(. My foot is still too swollen to put a shoe on it.I still cant bend it properly, ive just gotta keep exercising it every now and then :/ .
 
God man that horrible how long has it been since it was broke? Hopefully there paying you while your out of work :-X
