If you're not an enterprise customer, Symantec has no meaningful support
except for their web-based KB. Which is why, despite Symantec's
consistent good showing in VB comparatives, it gets slagged severely by
most users. Take a snap shot of what Windows looked like under NT 3.51
and 95 and what it now looks like under XP SP2. That's why it's critical
that software vendors are able to provide good support as well as a good
product. There are going to be issues.
