I would imagine that if your computer doesn't have a
DVD burner, then you are probably using an older computer.
Of course, you may have one and it broke.
Even if your computer is an older one- 3 to 5 years-
it may still be able to run Vista. What are your specs?
You could always go out and buy an external (USB) DVD
burner. They aren't expensive. Wal-Mart has them.
