Random computer restart - Vcore too high?

ello, long time no post. i'm not sure this is the same thing as asked, but i turned of advanced power management which seemed to tell my mobo to ignore all hardeware, and i still got restart. but just incase i switched it back on and told it to ignore all instead thought doesn't seem to be many options like primary and secondary IDE stuff and ports, is this even the right folder as its all i can find
 
well i still get restarts even after this so now i am at a loss, i'm gonna check for an update to my bios, maybe that will fix it :(
