Oh... nevermind. I think the OP got his money's worth already.
 
Rather than hiring an inhouse developer, why not outsource the
development effort to a firm that specializes in .Net application
development? The firm I work for would be willing to evaluate your
project and give you a fixed bid quote for the effort. We would also be
willing to give you a fixed quote for a software maintenance contract.
If you're interested in this, email me and I'll set it up with the owner
of the company.
