Publishing calendar loses recurrence and reminders

When I publish my calendar to Office Online, both recurrence information and reminder information seem to get wiped. This is a big problem for me - is there a workaround/fix? Thanks.

They are just not visible when viewing the published calendar in a web
browser. All the one-off events appear.
