dear all
hope you can help me out
(using outlook 2003)

I have set up all our staff meeting into our meeting public calendar. is it
possible for staff to:

1. write agenda items into the main body of the event
2. once event is copied into their own calendar, if the original public
event chenges also their own event change?

i heard of overlaying calendars... but not able to find out how to do it...
could someone tell me how?

Many thanks and happy Christmas! Resi

Yes, if you give them permission.
2. once event is copied into their own calendar, if the original public
event chenges also their own event change?

No, it is only a copy, you would have to copy the new version to the
calendar.

Outlook 2007 supports that.

1. Yes. Their account needs editor permission on the folder.
2. No. They aren't linked.

Outlook 2003 doesn't support overlays, only 2007/2010.
