Product ID problems

Microsoft (Vista Research Team) called a few times with nothing except..
we are still looking into the issue. However, tonight they called and
told me a Microsoft team found the issue and is working on a resolution.
No ETA but the Vista research team tells me they will call me Tuesday
with an update.

Microsoft corrected their problem. My Product ID now works on their
website. They would not tell me what they did except it was an issue on
their end which has been corrected.
