Printing notes

2007. I realized I should have put that in right after I hit post. I just
tried changing the page layout and that didn't work either. If I copy the
items off those pages to fresh pages, I can see all in Notes Page view. I
inserted a page with nothing on it that I need as part of the demo. It has
notes. When I view that page, I can see an empty box. The "bad" pages have
nothing at all on top and the text of the notes did not wrap. Thanks.

Thanks for the add'l info.

I'm guessing that the presentation may've been edited in earlier versions of
PPT at some point as well.

Try this:

Switch to Notes Page view.
Go to one of the "troubled" slides.
Rightclick the notes page and choose Notes Layout from the popup menu.
I'm guessing there'll be an unchecked checkbox labeled "Slide Image".
Put a check next to that. You may also want to checkmark "Reapply layout"

Click OK.

Does that fix it?

Hi I had the same problem in 2003 version, where some slides showed on the
notes page and others didn't. I realized I changed versions after copying a
previous presentation.
To fix the problem I right clicked on every notes page (that didn't show the
slide), clicks on notes layout, checked slide image and body and applied it.
Hope that helps someone else
