I'm using an old HP Deskjet 720C connected by parallel cable. Vista picked it
up straight away and installed the drivers automatically. printer works fine
no problems with it.

Canon Pixma ip 2000 PhotoPrinter via USB

works without third party or canon-tools right out of the Box after
installation in RC1 of Vista x86

My Canon i850 also worked right away. And Canon have a few new printers,
sinds a few weeks. So I would look at the PIXMA iP3300 or the PIXMA iP1700.

I'm actually in Vista RC1 x64 right now, sending this with "Windows Mail".
Just printed a web page with my Canon.

My Konica Minolta 1350w is working now (over a network) in RC1 x86.
Couldn't get it going in Beta2 64bit.

I just got back from WalMart one hour ago, I bought an HP Deskjet F335 for
$48 and it worked fine, not with the disc it comes with though.

Canon Pixma MP150 which I picked up for a song on eBay works fine.
