both led are blinking
on line blinks red
toner save blinks green
do anyone knows what is going on?

The red might indicate the cartridge isn't installed
properly (inserted fully?), have you pulled it out recently,
prior to this problem? Try removing, inspecting, and
carefully reinstalling it.

It may've just died, they don't make lasers like they used
to (especially the mid-low end ones).
