Really? not even a shareware version? Well then that's make all
this debate about Dialog a little strange I think.

He said it while the discussion here was going on. Because of the
threads here, he was prompted in n.s.r by John Fitzsimons to answer
some questions.

The commercial/ non-commercial status is not the issue with this
program. It's the fact that the beta release is time limited, which
(arguably) puts it in the category of crippled software, which in turn
(arguably) makes it not true freeware. None of this necessarily reflects
my opinion - it's just what is underlying the "debate".
