Powerpoint 2007 Smart Art

I have positioned the process the way I want it, yet whenever I try to make
it a bit larger and not just in a linear format, the whole thing can't handle
it and re-sizes all the different boxes. How do I go about doing that? Thank
you very much in advance.
 
Which process diagram are you using? Are you resizing the entire thing or
just one of the blocks?

If you are just increasing the size of one of the blocks and all of the
other blocks are getting smaller, try increasing the size of the entire Smart
Art. Hope this helps.
