Yes but should I choose 1/ 939 ECS RS482 2/Asrock 939A8X or 3/Asus 939 A8N5X?
Take the Asus. :thumb:

It is the better of the three ... never have an ECS. ;)

Gawd, that 'shop' don't 'arf have some "cheap" (nastie) boards.

The dealer has given me three options,
1/939 64bit 3500 with Asrock 939A8XM m/b keeping existing graphic card £100.
2/939 64bit 3500 with Ecs RS482m/b +Pci-express 256 graphic card £130.
If I choose the Asus m/b A8N5X he quoted extra £78.

I did not realise that Gawd they are a bunch of crooks!!!!! so in reality you will have spent £390.00 + £100.00 + £78.00= £568.00 That is a rip off in any language, I honestly dont know what to say I feel so angry.
I would really consider selling the PC as it is without the upgrade for what you can get and start again and build your own you know how to put a HDD into a PC so I am sure with our help you could achieve a complete PC for a lot less than what your going to spend?

I am sending him an e-mail to get a final quote. This is the e-mail:-

(Can you please quote the price for the upgrade to

939 64bit 3500 with Asus A8N5X motherboard + Pci-Express 256 graphic card.)

I wonder what model the graphic card will be.

Take the Asus ... Take the cheapest graphics card they offer to go with it ... it will still be better than you had before. ;)
