Are you sure you meant to do that Roger? You see you have just
seconded the list Susan posted of programs not yet seconded and not
yet nominated, in other words - not here own nominations...

All the best,

As far as "Everest," goes, I balked at checking it out after looking
at the license. It mentioned beta's that legally expire when a
commercial release becomes available. This might have been a dupe
license from the commercial version. Any lawyers in the house?

http://www.lavalys.com/products/download.php?dlid=1&lang=en

7. BETA VERSION ADDENDUM TO THE GENERAL LICENSE AGREEMENT:

IF THIS PRODUCT IS IDENTIFIED AS A BETA VERSION, YOUR USE OF THIS
PRODUCT IS GOVERNED BY THE TERMS OF THE GENERAL LICENSE AGREEMENT AS
MODIFIED BY THE TERMS OF THIS BETA VERSION ADDENDUM TO THE GENERAL
LICENSE AGREEMENT. . . .

7.2 TERMINATION: The license granted under this Beta Addendum will
terminate thirty (30) days following Lavalys' release of a commercial
release of the Product. . . . .

I don't think the provisions apply to EVEREST Home Edition because the
releases are not betas:

EVEREST Home Edition v1.10
Full version, self-installing EXE package
2004-05-01 2.6 MB

EVEREST Home Edition v1.10
Full version, ZIP package
2004-05-01 2.4 MB
Slightly reduced features...

Why isn't shareaza on the list? it's open-source and it's great.

Also, what about kerio PF4?
