I know exactly how hard it is. I went unemployed 2.5 years ago when I broke my leg. After 6 months I was fit enough to work, but at my age it seems nobody is interested.

I really hope so as well. Living off an insurance payout is not going to last forever.

Yeah I used to get dozens of those or " thanks for your interest, however the position has been filled. We will keep you CV on file." etc etc. Not nice mate. Keep going, I'm sure something will happen soon. Age is not a factor and if ou think they are discriminating against you because of it there are actions you can take!
