The PSU is different to CPU, and is mounted onto the chassis. CPU is mounted
on the motherboard.
Anyway, try another PSU (preferably a new & more powerful one) to see if
that solves the problem.
That's that. It could also be a memory (RAM) issue (coupled with BIOS Power
Management) or the registry.
