Well funny you got the same virus as is listed? or did you?

Think I'll stick to Linux for web browsing. :D
 
I'm not sure yet as it hasn't finished, but will update once its done :D

Linux sounds like a safe plan :)

I was meant to be having an early night, got to be up for 0630 as it's one of my training days, got to look forward to a 40min cv workout on crosstrainer, followed by 1500m row, some weights & situps & i could miss it all now:D

PS: Can i dual boot Windows & Linux? If so how??

Sure, image your HD first so you can just restore anytime, then just boot to a Linux CD of your choice. It will see Windows and ask if you want to keep it ... you may want to say yes. Then again, it's more fun to say no.
