Outlook Express Dictionary is empty ?!?!?

When I write a new letter in the outlook express and ask for spelling all
the words are being fixed ( "Not In Dictionary") with no suggestion.
Seems the the OUTLOOK EXPRESS dictionary is empty ?!?!?

How can I fix that ???

1. OE does not have a spell check dictionary - you have to either
have Office installed or get a third-party spell check program.

2. Why ask here? Did you notice this group title does not have OE in
the title? Guess not.

Ask elsewhere
