Try this software called ndxCards - it has both note taking and
outlining. Best of all they are independent - you can have your notes
stand alone or be part of many different outlines.

did not pay attention to that - since I saw someone talking about MS
Word, I suggested what I use -

Well, the Hardtware Outliner is pretty, fast, and small but it doesn´t
has Word Wrap fature. I don´t like it only because that.
