Yes. See "Codec Capers" in my dandies below. You'll have to Google for a
LAME.acm link though, the one in Codec Capers is dead.

The LAME zip-file from http://mitiok.cjb.net/ has also an ACM version in
it. Rightclick the .inf file and choose "install" to install. But I don't
know if it works with VirtualDub (never used it).
