I've had this file os470425.bin in my root directory for
some time now and am wondering what it is/does. I've
moved it to a temporary folder and haven't had any
problems but I want to make sure it isn't important before
I delete it. Anyone know what it is?

I have a pent-boot system, ME, NT, 2K, XP, and Linux. The
file is less than 1K and does appear to be a bootsector,
when I view it with a hex editor, although I won't bet any
money on that. I did move it and had no problems booting
but I still would like to know for sure what it is. I hate
having spooky (if you don't know what it is leave it there
forever) files in the root folder.
I have a WINDOWSWinHlp32.BMK there as well, still looking
into what that is.
Thanks again,
TD
