OL E-mails All Arriving with File Attachments

Yikes! Okay, I've got it.

Thanks, Tom. Whatever the case may be, after I exited OL safe mode and
restarted the program normally a few days ago, the extra file attachments
stopped coming. I had not made any adjustments to the settings of my AV
program. I'm figuring I'll just leave well enough alone for now, knowing
that I can come back to this newsgroup for instruction if the problem
recurs.

Many thanks for these precise instructions. Since I exited OL safe mode and
restarted the program normally a few days ago, there have been no more extra
file attachments. I had not made any adjustments to the settings of my AV
program. I'm just going to leave well enough alone for now, knowing that I
can come back to your helpful message if the problem recurs.
