SOME PEOPLES LEARNING PROCESS HAVE ALREADY ENEDED! NOT MINE!

Oh boy - here we go with the ignorance thing...

ignorance: the state of being ignorant

ignorant: lacking knowledge or comprehension of the thing specified

The "thing specified" in this case is whether you can reinstall it with
their help or [if] they [are] going to say, "No!"

Yes, you can reinstall it with their help as long as you can restrain
yourself from volunteering a long-winded explanation of why you're
reactivating.

Your understanding is right. Vista Ultimate retail full or upgrade
come with both x86 & x64 DVDs, other versions only come with the x86 DVD and
the X64 has to be ordered separately. All OEM versions are sold either x86
or x64. Have a great day.

Right. The license is different too. OEM license is not transferable, last I
looked. Whereas if bought retail, hotrod could transfer his copy once if he
removes it from the original machine. Other than licensing and installation,
the OEM and retail and retail upgrade work pretty much exactly the same ..

You can reinstall it on the same computer as much as your heart desires.
You're just not supposed to move it to another computer even if the
first one gets run over by a bus.
Is that a PCI bus or PCI Express?
