About 5 or so years ago, I was having a problem with an NT4
network over the Xmas holiday. I was running Dr. Solomon's
AVTK.
Dr. Solomon's had a number of people working and answering
the tech support phone line here in the US. They gave me
some answers and I received a new CD the day after Xmas.
They were a small company but they took their business
seriously.
I agree with you about poor service issues.
