In OE, go to the newsgroup in question, then go to View, Current View, Show
Replies to my Messages.
This will filter out anything that isn't a reply to your posts, though it
will include replies in the same thread to people who replied to you.
Bear in mind that there is a lot of traffic in some groups and you may need
to go to "tools, get next xxx Headers" to get missing posts. If you're
using a news server that has poor retention, you won't get some posts at
all.
And it's really not a good idea to have your real email address anywhere in
the news account profile. It's not needed. And whether you know it or
not, you're just asking for it to be harvested for spam and password hack
attempts.
