new video card

Since u do have limited budget I would either suggest 9800 XT 256 MB card
or geforce 6800 GT card, geforce card is little more than 9800 XT but it
outperforms 9800 XT at any games!!!!!!

Well being "even handed", I would say that if money is limited the Geforce
6600GT seems the card to get, and ATI can't compete with it in the
mid-market. ATI need to get a PCI-e bridge soon.
