New Meeting Request Issues

I have a user who is attempting to schedule a new meeting request in Outlook
2003. There are several appointments on their calendar but while on the
scheduling tab of the meeting request those appointments are not showing...
Please help!!!
 
Check the Free/Busy Options under Tools, Options, Calendar Options - this
determines the data available to the Scheduling Tab for all users.
 
That's the first thing I looked at. The default setting is 2 months and
refresh rate set to 15 min...
