NW VT is expensive, to be sure (it's trust-fund heaven), but not

though. I generally log into another server anyway. I would like
a couple of large LCD screens, if Santa is listening. The P260s
take a lot space.

the unwanted laptop, the hoped for monitors, the per-capita share of the
floor space, etc. And your bennies.

Exactly my point. Contractors don't usually carry the same burden, and
are paid for theirs.

Probably did send too suoon. Or lost track of the thought and forgot to
erase the partial.

I can just look at what E&TS of IBM charges for my time. I wish I got
it all..... but I don't.

Your employer is the "contractor". You're an employee. If you
were a contractor you'd be getting paid by the "trick". ;-)
