Sure you did, little shaver.

You aren't even smart enough to know MMs are on tape, dippy.

Yes, Splappy issues AMMs for all his cool inventions on masking tape. The
deluxe versions come on 8-track audio tape.

Pot kettle.

Nah, sorry Splappy. I tried to enrol at the Tarver Cluelessness
Institute, but failed the entrance criteria (thanks TJ). [See intro at
http://members.optusnet.com.au/~philmil/ADA_FAQ/ADA_FAQ_tarver.htm]

Admission requirements:

1) Desire to forgo the truth.
2) Eagerness to make one's self shine despite the facts.
3) Ability to make one's self appear deaf, while creating new flying
surfaces.
4) Complete lack of morals, scruples, or conscience.
5) and most importantly, the fortitude to stick by lies, innuendo,
stories, half-truths and falsehoods.

The Air Speed Indicator (ASI) shows

You made that up, didn't you?

The IAS indicator says IAS, not ASI.

Why do you come here pretending to know something
when you don't even know the words?

Hmmm...yes, That *would* all those NEC machines with 8088's in
them...

NEC got to make 8088s later, the first 2 years were all IBM.

So basicly, Kriss, you know even less about the computing business than you
do about airplanes.

No it is certainly *not* a fact. You have your timeline and
numbers all wrong (as well as the rest of your conspiracy
theory). Put your tinfoil hat back on and be quiet until time
for your next ridilin dose.

First, it's not a conspiracy theory. I am beginning to get a feeling that
you don't know what the word means. Secondly, it is not a very convincing
argument you ask someone to be quiet, looks like you don't have an argument,
it is you who should be quiet.

you know what? your plain ****ing stupidity has become legendary. to
the point that in Namibia, a popular expression to use when referring
to the blindly stupid actions of others, is that someone made a
complete "Tarver" of themselves.

No, MMs are not on masking tape, Grasso.

If you're implying they're published on fiche tape, or any other tape,
you're a decade or so out of touch. But at least this assertion of yours
was correct at some point in time! You're making progress, splappy! At
this current rate of knowledge-building, you'll step up to "clueless" in
no time!

Absurd! No one is this dumb, are they? tech?

You haven't a clue (no surprise to your "friends" on ADA, so I
hear).
Sparing with Tarver aka "Splappy/Splaps Boy" is 1 thing. You may want to
review the situation re posibility of "Friends at ADA". A prudent review of
ADA & other aviation group regulars is likely not to turn up "0" posters
that will claim him as a friend.

So basicly, Kriss, you know even less about the computing business than you

Guess again, NEC licensed the 8088 at about the same time IBM did -
even manufactured them. You know so much about computers that you
shut up completely when I proved you could run PC66 memory on a board
with a 128 FSB. That was really funny. And I know so little about
computers, I'd really like to know why a large computer company in
Texas occasionally sends me nice paychecks for working with their
equipment. I'd also like to know why a large wireless company out
west sends me even bigger ones for knowing a lot about their systems -
after all, an HLR is just a form of a router, isn't it?

Sure you did, little shaver.

No, I said I have Braniff's maintenance manuals for the 727 - not
that they *wrote* them from scratch, as you claim. They were
published by the airline and are type-specific. I suppose you are now
going to claim that the internal phone directory I have from Braniff
was written by Southwestern Bell?
You aren't even smart enough to know MMs are on tape, dippy.

Yeah, John, explains why I own these books, doesn't it? You are
such a pompous ****. I have the books, John, be happy to show them to
you anytime you're in town.

ralph, "sparring" is giving the little man, Tarver, too much credit.
discourse on matters of an aviation nature and questioning the little
man on his tripe and other fantasy bullshit is more akin to poking the
village idiot with a stick.

as far as many are concerned, both on usenet and industry based the
little man is ****ing idiot, who would need instructions on how to use
a screwdriver.

And sitting in a bookcase not two feet from me is "Mechanic's B-727
Reference Handbook" in a binder with the Braniff logo and "Prepared by
BI Technical Training" 2/1/66, and covering the model -027QC, an
aircraft unique to Braniff.
