mysteriously doesn't POST - out of ideas

This problem has already been solved in this group many times. With time,
contacts at the RAM slots become oxydated, resulting in random no-posts.
Sometimes, putting RAM out and in again solves the problem, but it's better
to use a contact-cleaner spray to clean them all, as well the contact pins
of the memory modules, as the contacts inside the RAM holders.
