The other side of the coin.
Brother in Law and I used to run a small car repair business, I'm sure we weren't perfect and we made mistakes, but unlike some places I knew, we tried to do an honest and decent job for a fair price.
The problem was the bl**dy customers - I found that you just could not do enough for some people,
The worst problem we had was people trying to take advantage of us by "forgetting" they hadn't any cash on them when they came to pick up their vehicle. We would then have to wait a few days or weeks until we got paid for the work and for any parts we had purchased for the job.
