Somehow not getting much work done whilst listening to these ;)

But - it's sacrilege! How dare they do that? Moan, blather, ramble.....

And talking of that, anybody heard Keesha White's version of Joan Armatrading's 'The Weakness In Me?' She has totally ruined a beautiful song :mad: Somebody put her in a dustbin.

And for me, right now, playing as I type, lemon jelly's 'ky' & 'Lost Horizon' back to back.

Actually listening to Moby 18 right now.

Anyone here ever listened to The Fur patrol? "I'm sorry/Andrew" & "Lydia" are both excellent songs. If you like things that are wierd & sort of darkly cynical with a strange , twisted sense of humor then give them a go. If you can see the videos as well then even better.

Just got an album by "Matchbox Twenty" off a friend - i had never heard of them but they are amazing!

Me, I'm a kiwi but my partner is a Morton boy. Apparently I'm his Judy :)

Mind you, since I met him I've begun running into Scousers left right & center & the funny thing is that they all seem to know someone who lived somewhere a few doors down from someone elses Niece or whatever.
When people from a city the size of Liverpool run into each other on the other side of the planet & within sentances are talking first names of joint aquaintances it's pretty wierd.

I have this personal theory that, at some point in time, someone just spontaeneously teleported all of the inhabitants within a three block radius of John & scattered them down under.
John sez that, back when he was a teenager there was enough bombed out empty areas to make that a theory. He finds it funny that now most of them are all done up in flash flats & apartments.

Where abouts are you from? :)
 
listening to Jefferson Airplane alot...... a friend from an old clan started an emo kinda band and he is blooming good, just need to find that link again.
