the only thing i can think of is to start again
but save in NTSC, i've had a play and some things need to be changed so ignore what i've said before
1. tools > options > advanced and set to NTSC
2. save the video again (Ctrl+P save as "My computer" and you should have the choice of "video for local playback (2.1Mbps NTSC)" )
3. open up DVD Santa import the video and the settings should by default be NTSC , High (720X576) , full screen 4:3
4. hit create DVD and wait then burn to DVD
p.s. i hope your not wasting too many DVD's
