MSAS scan takes game out of full screen

I was playing a game one night when an MS Anti-Spyware scan kicked in. This
was totally intrusive: it minimized the full-screen game (and ruined what I
was doing in the game).

This is an intrusive, undesirable behavior. Is there an option to control
this? If not, the behavior should be removed from MSAS.
 
Beta1 runs in application mode--please retest this scenarion when beta2 is
available--I believe it will be different.
