it sounds like its a phone problem or network coverage problem with u.

as soon as u put these o2 sims in they will work and u can automatically
accept incoming calls.

ive got so many here its driving me nuts!!!! ive had enough of their promotion!
 
I have an orange phone and i put in orange sim cards i got free but it doesnt let me make any calls.

yes this is what u should expect

i think with your orange sim u will need to register even before u can recieve or make calls!
