I concur Roy. No problems on my Computer at all. Maybe
the other's are running to many utility programs at the
same time. I have verified the the track eraser work fine
on my computer.

Any chance something has changed the R/L balance of the speakers and panned
all the way to one side?
I have an old compter I use as a server/answering machine, that randomally
pans to one speaker.
