I've been using Mozilla Thunderbird for a couple of months. Excellent
e-mail client, I like it better than Pegasus which I just before.

pretty GUI and its own dictionary. OE users can make the jump with
no trouble.

What do you mean by good? What's good for me may be totally useless for you.
I use Eudora and it can be run in Light (free with reduced functions) mode:

Is there anything in particular YOU are having trouble with in OE? There
are a few option changes and minimal add-ons that can make OE quite useful
and easy to use. Perhaps if you mention what YOU would like it to do
someone here can help you with it. If you have been using OE for a while
you will be dissapointed with other e-mail clients you try.
Me too, though I use Mozilla email. And I had used Pegasus ever since
first going on the internet back in the Win 3.1 days.

How is security in those freewares?
Are they better, worse in handleing incoming virus-spams?

Are you sure? Seems more of a personal opinion to me...
