Looking for a 20 Flat Screen Monitor, one without the Trinatron lines on screen.

They don't have any 20 inch monitors.

And the monitors they do have dont have a Max Res of 1600by1200 at
100hrtz.

Er... not many monitors *DO* at that res. Name some?

My 19" will do 85hz in 1600x1200 (but I prefer it at 75).

You're limiting your options here... CRTs are going out... they make
19 and 21" dispays...

Consider the $1000 Samsung 21" LCD monitor, it does 1600x1200 and has
a super sharp picture and can rotate 90degrees.
 
I am currently running my Cornerstone p1450 at 1600X1200, 120hz. Good
monitor at a reasonable price.
