Microsoft has over the years become aware that once in a while, people need
to reinstall Windows.
As I understand it, the rollover period for on-line activation is about
three months.
If you've "used up" your online activations, you are reinstalling far more
frequently than you're letting on, and that indicates an entirely different
issue.
