last known configuration

Since this is a 5-minute toll free phone call, I'm not sure what the problem
is.

Microsoft has over the years become aware that once in a while, people need
to reinstall Windows.

As I understand it, the rollover period for on-line activation is about
three months.

If you've "used up" your online activations, you are reinstalling far more
frequently than you're letting on, and that indicates an entirely different
issue.
 
I will have to think about it. And I'm pretty sure my Product won't work.
I have tried different repairs before and each time I had to call microsoft

Not my online activations, the ones that your allowed when you install XP.
And I'm telling the truth of how many reinstalling I have done, that is why
I hate doing it and I hate calling Microsoft for one main reason, the
foreign people giving me the numbers, I can't understand half of them. I
have to have them repeat, it's gets to be a bit annoying after a while. And
before you start anything, I have nothing against them, just wish these
people would take a few language classes for us to understand them better.
