Simply Don't - there are no parts that require lubrication
maintainence - turn keyboard upside down shake vigourously occasionally
tapping firmly to dislodge any dust crumbs or other detritus. wet a cloth
and wring out as dry as possible then use to clean the keys.
Switch cleaner can unstick keys but a big can costs about the same as a
generic keyboard.

Eases typing for a minute, destroys your keyboard forever
Use dry air to clean your keyboard. And replace the keyboard if
that doesn't solve your problem.
