Jumpin' Behaviors Table in IE

Well, I no longer have the OP's URL so I can't go back to it. But in my
7,x Netscape, it acted as you describe Netscape 6.2. There were even
some overlap problems with IE6 if I remember correctly.

I thought you were looking at www.rxs-enterprises.org, which is not
the OP's site.
The OP's site is http://webbuilderscafe.com , which uses a different
menu system altogether, and (now) has no issues in N7.1

Well, now I'm totally confused --- not an uncommon occurrence --- but
neither of those sites looks like the one I was peeking at.
