FEATURE is probably a common connector for the onboard audio and other
onboard featuers. This will probably be a hard item to figure out.

....just a thought... if this board has onboard video, it could be the VESA
feature connector that you'd normally find on a video card

Not even close, there are P4 motherboards available with ISA slots.

It has onboard sounds and video so I dont know much about
those things.
