Is newegg spamming now?

I'm trying to figure out what all the excitement is about. I got
THREE automated emails when I ordered something from Newegg last
Tuesday night (it got here this afternoon, BTW). That's two more than
the so-called spam I got as well, which didn't bother me one iota
since I long ago mastered the art of deleting email I don't want.

I might get upset if they did it repeatedly. But ONE time??? Let's
use a bit of common sense here. If you stop buying from them simply
because of this single minor incident, your loss will be far greater
than theirs.

I agree. I love New Egg. They aren't always the cheapest vendor, but
they are usually one of the cheapest - plus they give terrific service.
 
If the only e-mail I ever got was from companies I actually do business
with, my spam filter wouldn't look like the NFL rulebook :)

I get spamed in German, Spanish, Chinese, Dutch, and maybe 1 or 2
more languages. I only speak english.:-) Neweggs wasn't a problem for me.
