Installation on USB Drive

The BIOS can only boot from disks that have an active primary
partition.
Each disk that is connected to the computer can have an active primary
partition.
The ASUS BIOS has a setting under the Boot menu that is called Hard
Disk Drives. The BIOS will boot from the disk that you move to the top
of the Hard Disk Drives list.
Every time you change the physical configuration of the hard disks,
the BIOS will reorder the Hard Disk Drives list in some default order.
