I950 LOW Ink warning

Anything else would require so-called "Smart Chips", and I can
certainly do without those things.

Just remember problems with Epson's chipped carts, especially if you refill

The smeart chips onlt estimate ink useage the same way as Epson does.
For point of fact, the chips on Epson carts are EEPROM memories that
store the estimated quantity of ink spent/remaining in that cartridge.
They do nothing themseves to determine ink level.
