I used to have problems like this waaaay back when I was using a UNIX
machine at an awful host (featureprice). I finally figured out to use
Microsoft servers and it's been cool ever since.

If you already sent the email plz try again or the mail servers are going a
little slow

Or you can set up a .net passport with the email address that you use for
this newsgroup and just make sure you verify the email account and the only
way to do that is to check that email address and click on the link that the
..net passport system will sent you
